Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

 1 ¾ cups white flour
 ½ cup white sugar
 1 tsp baking soda
 1 tsp baking powder
 ½ cup vegetable oil
 3 banana, medium sized or 2 large bananas
 ¾ cup chocolate chips
 ½ cup milk, can use half and half
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 ¼ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp cinnamon, optional
 1 egg

Preheat oven 350 F

Mash Bananas with a fork. Add the egg, milk, vanilla and oil. Whisk with a fork.

Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in another bowl.

Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and lightly mix - do not over mix. Add the chocolate chips.

Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
Bake for 22 - 25 mins (top should be lightly browned).
