
Combine the soy sauce, paprika, and brown sugar. Set aside.
Heat some butter and sesame oil in a pan. Add the ground beef. Add salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook for a little bit. As it is starting to become more cooked, add the soy sauce mixture. Stir well.
In another pot, sauté the mushrooms.
Heat some water. Place the carrots and the spinach in separate bowls.
Using the hot water, blanch the carrots and the spinach (still separately) for 4 minutes. After the timer is up, drain the hot water and soak them in an ice bath, this will prevent them from continuing to cook.
Cook the egg. Keep the yoke runny.
After all of the ingredients are done, serve! Make it look pretty! :) The rice goes on the bottom then all the ingredients around it. The egg goes in the middle. After snapping a photo, mix together, and enjoy!
