Tender carrots steamed with a spicy, savory broth.

In a medium saucepan, over med-high heat, simmer carrots, celery, chicken broth and garlic, until carrots are barely tender, about 10-15 minutes.
Add thyme, vinegar, and red pepper flakes and bring to a boil. Boil until liquid reduces to 1/2 cup.
Add butter, parsley and salt.
