Apple Waldorf Salad

This is a 10 minute salad made with green or red apples, cranberries and walnuts

 2 Apples
 ¼ cup Cranberies, dried
 ¼ cup Mayonnaise
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  tsp Salt
 ¼ cup Walnuts (chopped and optionally toasted)

In medium bowl, toss apples, cranberries, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt; sprinkle with walnuts. Serve or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
