“It’s a Avocado! Thanks” Guacamole

"Voted best guacamole in Wallkill" - Brycen Conk

This goes good with Taco’s, Steak, shrimp, Chicken or Fish and of course Tortilla Chips!

Recipe for 6 people.

6 Avocados (Half them and remove pit and remove meat with a spoon. Mix once all the ingredients are added)Ratio of 1 avo per person

3 Tomatoes chopped into 1cm cubes

2 Limes, squeezedSqueeze one while adding the ingredients and Squeeze last one on top once you have mixed everything

1 Cilantro bunch, cleaned and finely chopped

½ Red Onion, chopped into 1/2 cm chunks

1 Jalapeno, Chop into ½ cm chunks Remove or add Seeds depending on your level of Spice

5 Garlic cloves, chop finely

1 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes

2 tbsp White Sugar“The Secret Ingredient”

1 tbsp Black Pepper

1 tbsp Salt

½ tsp Chile Powder

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Add a squeeze of lime juice and serve immediately.
