Boil spaghetti according to package instructions.
Using a little olive oil, fry garlic and red pepper flakes for a minute. Add spinach/kale and stir until wilted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle lemon juice over the spinach.
Mix the spinach/kale with the pasta and sprinkle cheese on top.
