If you have an air fryer- you can utilize it perfectly here, which will be noted in this recipe. If not, you can use an oven at 400 degrees, or even a grill. For these, just keep the cooking time short, to maximize keeping the fish moist and not dry.

Place cut pieces of salmon into large bowl.
Mix together all seasonings, brown sugar thru garlic powder. Sprinkle over salmon. Mix well. Place in fridge for at least 10 minutes. Can be left overnight.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Place salmon pieces in air fryer basket (skin side down). Cook for 7-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix together in small bowl, the sriracha-honey drizzle ingredients.
Once salmon bites are cooked, serve over rice with veggies and topped with sriracha-honey drizzle. Season with salt and pepper.
