STRAWBERRY SEASON is here!!!
This recipe shared by Nansi's Pantry Meals heightens the taste of the strawberries and the addition of aromatic basil makes it even better!

Rinse strawberries, hull them and slice into quarters.
In a large bowl, gently toss the strawberries with the honey (or sugar) and vinegar.

Let it sit at room temperature until the strawberries have released their juices but are not yet mushy - about 30 minutes is ideal. Don't let it sit longer than this.
Just before serving, thinly slice the basil leaves.
Portion the strawberries and the delicious juice into 4 small bowls and garnish with the basil.
