Pantry version of "Green Goddess" dressing. Tangy and delicious!
Feel free to use any herbs you have available.

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve as a dip or toss with salad greens. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
(If you find this dressing is too liquid for a dip, you can add mayo or more Greek yogurt by stirring it in)
