
Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a loaf pan with parchment paper (or grease with oil).
In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, mash the bananas with a fork, your hands, or a mixer. Make sure there are no big chunks of banana.
Mix in eggs, oil, maple syrup and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry mixtures.
Fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour batter into pan, top with more chocolate chips, and bake for an hour or until set and golden brown on top.
