This spice mixture works great with the premade patties in the pantry. It gives the burgers a little someth’n-someth’n. This recipe makes enough to cover about 6 burgers, but you could easily make a double batch and save it for later.
Generously sprinkle it on both sides of the patties right before you grill.
Serve with your favorite burger toppings and sides.

INGREDIENTS

 2 tbsp PaprikaIf you have smoked paprika, that works well here also
 1 tbsp Garlic powder
 1 tbsp Brown sugar
 ½ tbsp Dried oregano
 1 tsp Cayenne pepperLess or more can be used, depending on the heat you prefer
 1 tbsp Kosher salt 1/2 tbsp of table salt can be substituted

Mix all ingredients together. Generously sprinkle over hamburger patties before grilling.

To note; grilling in a well ventilated area is recommended due to the cayenne pepper.
