Mangos have a large seed in the middle which can make it tricky to cut. Check out the tip below if you’ve ever struggled with cutting up a mango….

INGREDIENTS
1 Mango

Slice a large slice off the side of mango. Slightly tilting the knife, cutting around the seed. Leave the skin on piece.

Score (cut one direction, twist and cut the other direction) the cut off piece of mango, not slicing thru the skin.

Invert the mango piece, popping the scored sections out, which allows you to cut the dice pieces away from the outer skin.

Repeat around the mango seed.
Optional: eat the diced pieces right from skin, and also the leftover mango flesh from around the seed.
