1 ½ lbs chicken breasts
Marinade
3 tbsp vegetable or canola oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Homemade Honey Mustard
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 ½ tbsp yellow mustard
1 ½ tbsp honey
½ tsp garlic powder

Pound chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thickness

Combine marinade ingredients. Add chicken and toss well to coat. Marinade for 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.

Place chicken on the grill for 5-6 minutes per side or until no pink remains and chicken reaches 165F

While chicken is grilling, brush buns with olive oil or butter and place face down on the grill to lightly toast.

Spread each bun with honey mustard and add your chicken and toppings.
