These Turkey Meatballs are fast and easy, just mix the ingredients listed and put in oven for 20 minutes on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil. You can place 6 Meatballs on each sheet, for a total of 12 meatballs!

INGREDIENTS

 1 lb ground turkey
 1 slice whole-wheat bread, toasted and crumbled (breadcrumbs)
 3 cloves garlic
 1 egg
 green onion, 4-5 stalks
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 2 tsp mayonnaise
 Frank's Red Hot, to taste

DIRECTIONS

Preheat your oven to 400 and take out two cookie sheets and line with a liner (Aluminum or Parchment paper)

Mix all the ingredients for the Asian meatballs: Meat, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, green onion, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil

Form the ingredients into 12 Meatballs and place 6 in each cookie sheet, and place in oven when ready

While meatballs are in oven, mix the following ingredients for the sauce:

1 tsp oil, 2 tsp Soy Sauce, 2 tsp Mayonnaise, and hot sauce to taste.

Pour it on top of the meatballs as soon as they are done cooking. For additional presentation you can add chopped fresh parsley.
