A perfect crispy, salty side for your burgers. Or great on their own when you want a big ‘ol pile of fries!!

INGREDIENTS

 2 Russet potatoes, washed and pricked with a fork.
 ¼ cup Canola oilAvoid olive oil because it’ll smoke when heated high.

DIRECTIONS

In a medium saucepan, cover potatoes with water and heat to a boil.
Boil whole potatoes for about 20 minutes, until tender when tested with a fork.

Drain potatoes and allow to cool. Peel away the skin and slice.

Heat oil, to med-hi heat, in heavy duty skillet and add potatoes. Careful not to overload the skillet, or potatoes will steam as opposed to fry.

Salt the fries while hot and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
