Sometimes it’s hard to get a really good bagel, so why not make them? This is a super easy way to have bagels hot and ready for that breakfast or brunch you’ve been waiting for.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour (plus a little for dusting)
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 egg (beaten)

In a bowl add flour, baking powder, salt and mix together.

Add Greek yogurt and mix with spatula to combine all ingredients. May have to use hands. Then roll into ball and place on floured surface. Divide dough into 8 equal parts.

Roll each piece into a 8-10 inch rope. Form rope into circle and pinch ends together to make bagel shake. Brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with favorite toppings.

Place bagels in air fryer. Set air fryer to 350F. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Cool for 5 minutes, then enjoy!
