Refreshing summer drink - perfect for breakfast or after tennis!
The yogurt and milk can be replaced with more milk, Greek yogurt, or almond milk. This makes 1 tall glass.

INGREDIENTS

 1 cup Strawberries, Frozencan use frozen mango, or blueberries
 1 Apple, cut in chunks
 2 tsp Maple Syrup
 0.50 cup Milk
 0.50 cup Yogurt

DIRECTIONS

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
