When you’re looking for a low carb alternative to fries, this recipe is perfect.

INGREDIENTS
1 lb Asparagus spears
⅓ cup Almond flour
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp Black pepper
Sea salt to taste
⅛ tsp Cayenne pepper
1 Egg
Creamy Chipotle Sauce
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Chipotle peppers More or less depending on spice level desired
1 Garlic clove
Sea salt to taste
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven 425 degrees.

In a small mixing bowl combine almond flour, parmesan cheese, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Dip asparagus into beaten egg in separate bowl, and dredge into almond flour mixture to coat all sides.

Lightly mist a non-stick cookie sheet with cooking spray. Arrange asparagus spears on a cookie sheet so the spears are not touching. Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden.
Creamy Chipotle Sauce

Combine yogurt, chipotle peppers, and garlic in processor and blend together.
