INGREDIENTS

 ¾ cup butter, salted
 ¾ cup brown sugar
 ¼ cup white sugar
 1 egg
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 2 cups flour
 1 3.5 oz package of pudding mix - vanilla
 1 tsp baking soda
 salt, to taste
 2 cups chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

Combine the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until creamed. Then add the egg, vanilla until combined.

Add the pudding mix, baking soda, and salt to the liquids and combine.

Add the flour and chocolate chips and mix until combined.

Make about 1/4 cup sized cookie dough balls. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours for best shape (optional). Put them on a cookie sheet covered with cooking spray.

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake for about 11 minutes. Take them out while the top still looks slightly uncooked. Leave them on the cookie sheet for another 10 minutes, they will continue to cook.
