Make your own hot chocolate mix using pantry ingredients! It's rich and deeply chocolaty, without being excessively sweet.
This makes about 1 3/4 cups of mix which is enough for 9 cups of hot chocolate

INGREDIENTS
½ cup White Sugar
½ cup Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp Cornstarch
3 oz Chocolate Chips or Chocolate bar(Tip: A bar of chocolate is easier to roughly chop if you don't have a food processor)
¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
⅛ tsp Salt
Mini Marshmallows (Optional)
MilkYou can use 2%, Regular, Almond
DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until powdery.
If you don't have a food processor? Chop the chocolate chips as fine as you can, and stir it into the remaining ingredients.

Store in an airtight container or jar at room temperature for up to 2 months.
To make your hot chocolate

Heat one cup of milk in the microwave or on the stove.

Add 3 teaspoons hot cocoa mix to your mug of milk. Stir well.
Microwave again for 60 seconds.
Stir again.

Optionally, top with mini marshmallows.
