 1 ¾ cups Sifted gluten free flour
 3 tsp Baking powder
 ½ tsp Salt
 1 ¾ cups Milk
 ½ cup Vegetable Oil
 2 Stiffly beaten eggs whites
 ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
 ½ tsp Vanilla extract
