In a small or medium pot with a lid add 1/2 cup rice to 1 cup water and set at medium heat.

When all the water has been absorbed (About 20 min) scoop out rice and serve.

The Meat
5

Thaw out one pack (1lb) of ground beef.

In a medium sized pan, put 1 tbsp of Vegetable or other neutral flavored oil into the pan and set pan at medium heat.

7

When pan is sufficiently heated, drop thawed beef and minced garlic in and use a spatula to break up the meat thoroughly.

8

When meat is almost fully browned and cooked take off the stove and drain excess liquid.

9

Put meat back on the stove and add your sauce.

10

Stir in sauce until meat is fully coated.
