Snow! Snow! Snow! After all that shoveling and sledding, we all need a warm chocolate fix!!
This is the simplest chocolate dessert...incredibly moist, easy, and the best single-serving dessert out there (to share or not to share)! This makes enough for one large mug.
Note: Please use a fairly large mug. It needs to be big enough so that the cake can rise without creating a "volcano lava" pour all over your microwave.

INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
In a large mug, whisk together the dry ingredients.
Stir in the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla until all ingredients are combined and batter has no clumps.
Add the choc chips if desired.
Place a paper towel or serviette in the microwave and set the mug on top (this is to catch any batter in case your mug cake overflows).
Microwave on high 1.5 minutes to 2.5 minutes (Please note that ALL microwaves are different and can yield different results at different times)
In the RCA microwave it took 2 minutes. Start with 70 seconds and add 10 seconds as needed.
Carefully remove from microwave and enjoy!
