 peanut butter
 thickened fruit juice extract, or jelly

Prepare your bread. How do you tell what a good bread is without tasting it? Not the smell. Not the look. But the sound.

Hold one bread with your non-dominant hand. Using your dominant hand, use a butter knife to scoop some peanut butter.

Spread the peanut butter slowly and precisely on the bread. Set the bread down.

Pick up another piece of bread. Using your other hand, spoon out the jelly.

Spread the jelly precisely and carefully.

Carefully put the two pieces of bread together to make a sandwich.
