Quick and easy cookies, gluten free!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup peanut butter
⅓ cup white sugar
⅓ cup brown sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 egg
36 chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350.

Beat peanut butter, white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add egg; beat well.

Shape dough into 36 equal balls, approximately 1 teaspoon each. Place on cookie sheet with parchment paper.
