Missing that cheap Chinese takeout????????????? This recipe has all the flavors and comes together super quick, helping tame that craving. For now....

INGREDIENTS

 2 Ramen noodles packs, broth packet excluded Angel hair pasta can be substituted, just note it’s more dense, takes longer to cook
 ½ cup Tofu, cut into small cubesChicken or shrimp can be substituted
 3 Garlic, minced
 ¼ cup Soy sauce
 1 tbsp Brown sugar
 2 tbsp Siracha or red chile pasteUse less to tame the heat, or leave out
 1 tbsp Sesame oilNeutral oil can be substituted, canola, vegetable, sunflower, avocado,etc
 2 Scallions, chopped

DIRECTIONS

Cook noodles according to package instructions. When done, give a quick rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process and drizzle a little oil to prevent noodles from sticking.

Whisk in a small bowl, soy sauce, brown sugar and siracha.

Heat a large skillet or wok over med-high heat. Add oil and tofu. Sear for 30 seconds and add garlic. Cook for a minute more, allowing garlic to soften.

Add soy sauce mixture and cook until sugar is completely dissolved, about 1-2 minutes. Add scallions, mixing together.
Turn off heat. Add noodles to pan and gentle mix until combined.
Serve with snap peas and enjoy!
