Bake potatoes are easy....flavored baked potatoes? Still easy and delish!
These potatoes get wrapped in a foil bundle and baked for a lengthy time...very hands off.
The longer you leave these in the oven the more crispy skin you’ll get. Or try throwing them on the grill ....Either way, the potatoes go great with any meal.

INGREDIENTS

 Butter
 Lawrys seasoning saltSalt, garlic powder, onion powder combination can be substituted
 Brown sugar
 Russet potatoes (large brown baking potatoes)

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400.

Wash potatoes and pierce with fork.

Each potato needs a piece of foil to wrap it for baking, go ahead and tear off foil for that.

Assemble potatoes:
Cut about 3 small pieces of butter per potato. Place potato and butter pieces on foil. Sprinkle seasoning salt and about 1 tbsp of brown sugar over potato.

Wrap foil around potato.

Bake for 45-60 minutes. Letting the potatoes get soft and the skin crispy.

Serve with your favorite toppings. Sour cream, chives, cheddar cheese, bacon pieces, butter, etc.
