INGREDIENTS

 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets, stems peeled and diced
 4 cloves garlic, sliced
 salt, to taste
 black pepper, to taste
 2 tbsp olive oil

DIRECTIONS

Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper on a roasting tin.

Then Spread them out and roast without stirring, until the edges are crispy and the stems are crisp tender. Serve while still hot!
