
INGREDIENTS
3 chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces or shredded once cooked
2 avocados, diced
1 lime
3 tbsp chopped cilantro
4 flour tortillas, warmed up
2 tbsp olive oil

THE NIGHT BEFORE

Thaw the chicken breasts by placing them in the fridge.
IN THE MORNING

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-size pieces.
AT LUNCH TIME

Cook the chicken. Can be grilled, or sauteed in olive oil over medium-high heat in a skillet. Make sure the center is white.
Once cooked, salt to taste.

Meantime, warm up the tortillas in the oven or the microwave until soft.

Add chicken, avocado and then cilantro in the tortillas. Squeeze some lime juice over it.
