INGREDIENTS
Sriracha Mayonnaise
1 garlic clove
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp srirachaAny hot sauce can be substituted, flavors will be altered

Cheese slices (pepperjack, cheddar, any type)
Lettuce (or spring mix)
Tomatoes (cherry, beefsteak, any type)

DIRECTIONS
Sriracha Mayonnaise
1Stir garlic, mayonnaise, sriracha, and lemon juice in a small bowl to combine. Season with salt. (This will be way more sriracha mayonnaise than you'll need for a single sandwich, so be ready to store the extra for future usage)

2Start by heating up a pan to low-medium heat.
3Take the bread slices and generously spread some sriracha mayo on the insides.
4To one slice, add cheese and thinly sliced tomatoes.
To the other slice, add lettuce/spring mix and turkey.
5Assemble the sandwich, and add half a tablespoon of butter to the heated pan.
6Place the sandwich on the pan, and flatten with a small plate or another tool. Cook for 1 minute.
7Remove the sandwich from the pan and add another half of a tablespoon of butter. Flip the sandwich and place back in the pan to grill the other half. Don't forget to flatten it down! Cook for 1 minute.
8Remove from pan, slice the sandwich diagonally (make 2 cuts for bite-sized shareable snacks), plate it and enjoy!
