INGREDIENTS

 1 package of diced beef
 1 red onion
 1 carrot, julienned
 1 red bell pepper, sliced thinly
 4 cloves garlic, minced
 olive oil
 2 tbsp soy sauce, add more to taste
 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, to taste
 black pepper, to taste (a decent amount)
 salt, to taste
 garlic powder, to taste

DIRECTIONS

Heat pan. After hot enough, add olive oil. Cook diced beef in the olive oil.

Season with pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Add vinegar and soy sauce.

While beef is cooking, blanch carrots by putting them in a bowl and putting boiling water on them for 3 minutes. After the 3 minutes is up drain the hot water and put soak them in cold water to prevent them to cooking further. The purpose of this is to allow the carrots to cook faster and finish at the same time as the rest.

Once beef is about halfway cooked, add garlic and onions.

When the beef is essentially finished, add red peppers and blanched carrots. Serve with rice!!
