This recipe makes 8 waffles. Make the batter the day before and enjoy the next morning for breakfast.

Yeast mixture
 2 tsp White Sugar
 0.50 cup Warm water (ideally 110 degs)
 1 package Yeast
Waffle batter
 2 Eggs
 2 cups Milk
 0.50 cup Vegetable Oil
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 3.25 cups Flour
 1 tsp Salt
 2 tsp White Sugar
 0.50 tsp Cinnamon
How To Make Overnight Waffle Batter

In a mug, dissolve the sugar in the warm water. Stir in the yeast and leave alone for 5 minutes until foamy on top.

In a medium bowl, beat the eggs lightly. Add the milk, oil and vanilla and whisk until well combined.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, cinnamon, sugar.

Add the yeast mixture and the milk mixture and stir until well combined.

Cover bowl with clingwrap and refrigerate overnight. (Batter will increase in size)

Waffle day arrives...

In the morning, remove the batter from the refrigerator, stir and let come to room temp for about 15 minutes.

Heat waffle machine and spray with non-stick spray

Make waffles according to your desired doneness

Serve with powdered sugar, maple syrup, sliced bananas, bacon....endless topping possibilities!
