INGREDIENTS

For the meat
1 package of ground beef
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
butter
paprika, to taste
onion powder and garlic powder, to taste
salt
1 tbsp brown sugar
Other sides
1 carrot, cut in half, then peeled.
1 bunch of spinach, washed
mushrooms, cut thinly
eggs, depends on how many servings you'd like
DIRECTIONS
1Combine the soy sauce, paprika, and brown sugar. Set aside.
2Heat some butter and sesame oil in a pan. Add the ground beef. Add salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook for a little bit. As it is starting to become more cooked, add the soy sauce mixture. Stir well.
3In another pot, sauté the mushrooms.
4Heat some water. Place the carrots and the spinach in separate bowls.
5Using the hot water, blanch the carrots and the spinach (still separately) for 4 minutes. After the timer is up, drain the hot water and soak them in an ice bath, this will prevent them from continuing to cook.
6Cook the egg. Keep the yoke runny.
7After all of the ingredients are done, serve! Make it look pretty! 🙂 The rice goes on the bottom then all the ingredients around it. The egg goes in the middle. After snapping a photo, mix together, and enjoy!
