INGREDIENTS
1 Lemon
3 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 Spaghetti
Red pepper flakes (optional)
1 Baby Spinach or Baby Kale container (or a mixture of 1/2 and 1/2)Chop up spinach if using regular spinach or kale leaves
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper for seasoning
Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS

Boil spaghetti according to package instructions.

Using a little olive oil, fry garlic and red pepper flakes for a minute. Add spinach/kale and stir until wilted. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Drizzle lemon juice over the spinach.

Mix the spinach/kale with the pasta and sprinkle cheese on top.
