Greek Meatballs, or keftedes, are usually fried, but these are baked, drizzled with herb butter! Use the pantry premade meatballs for a quick 30 minute meal. Fresh herbs are a must, and your neighbors are happy to share their home grown harvest.

INGREDIENTS

 1 package Meatballs. defrosted
 4 tbsp Butter, melted
 2 tbsp Fresh herbs - oregano, mint, dill, chives, and/or parsley
 Salt and Pepper

DIRECTIONS

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.

Chop your herbs

Mix the 4 tablespoons melted butter with the 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs in a small bowl.

Spoon the butter mixture evenly over the meatballs.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes

Serve, drizzled with butter and juices from the bottom of the pan.
