Bethel "special meal" season

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp Butter
1 Steak
Salt(I prefer seasoned salt)
DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 400° and turn up your oven-safe pan to medium heat.

Massage steak(s) with a bit of salt on all sides (or just sprinkle it on).

Add some butter to the pan and throw the steak on for 2-3 minutes, no more.

Flip the steak(s), adding more butter, and sear for 1min.

Put the pan into the oven for 8-10min, depending how you like your steak.

IMPORTANT PART: Let steak rest for 5-10min before cutting into it for maximum juiciness.
