INGREDIENTS
2 Large salmon filets, cut into large pieces, about 3”x3”
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Chile powder
½ tsp Italian herb seasoning
½ tsp Garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Sriracha + Honey Drizzle
2 tbsp Butter, melted
2 tbsp Sriracha
2 tbsp Honey
DIRECTIONS
1Place cut pieces of salmon into large bowl.
Mix together all seasonings, brown sugar thru garlic powder. Sprinkle over salmon. Mix well. Place in fridge for at least 10 minutes. Can be left overnight.
2Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Place salmon pieces in air fryer basket (skin side down). Cook for 7-10 minutes.
3Meanwhile, mix together in small bowl, the sriracha-honey drizzle ingredients.
4Once salmon bites are cooked, serve over rice with veggies and topped with sriracha-honey drizzle. Season with salt and pepper.
