Most videos have shown how you can roast the tomatoes and feta with lots of olive oil, at 400 for about 40 minutes or until the tomatoes burst and the feta browns. The pasta is cooked according to package directions and everything gets mixed together.
This is the instant pot version!
You can change out the herbs and seasonings, according to your liking. This pasta would be delicious with grilled chicken or even a nice piece of fish.
